At Mavoya, member safety is our absolute priority.
Video validation
Every signup video is manually reviewed by our team before publication. Fake profiles, minors or inappropriate content are rejected.
Comment moderation
Comments are auto-approved but continuously reviewed. Reporting in 2 taps.
Anti-contact filters
Bios attempting to share email, phone, WhatsApp etc. are automatically blocked at save-time by our AI.
Banning
Accounts violating our rules may be permanently banned. A history is kept to prevent re-registration.
Individual block
You can block any member at any time. They can no longer see, contact or comment on your videos.
Reporting
A "Report" button is on every profile, video and comment. We handle reports within 24h.
Emergency contact
If you are harassed or detect illegal content, write immediately to bonjour@mavoya.app with "URGENT" in the subject.
